The board welcomes all members of the community and media to join our public meetings.

Regular meetings of the Board take place once a month at 1 PM in Council Chambers at Hamilton City Hall. Council Chambers is located on the 2nd floor at 71 Main Street West and is wheelchair accessible.

Individuals are welcome to enter Chambers shortly before the meeting begins. Accessible seating is available - should you require assistance accessing Council Chambers, please contact the Administrator in advance of the meeting(s) you would like to attend.
