Speak at Board Meeting

Your opinions and feedback are important to us.

If you would like to submit correspondence to the Board, please contact the Administrative Director.  Your correspondence may be placed on an upcoming public Board agenda for public viewing. 

If you are submitting letters, emails, presentations or other communications to the Board, you should be aware that your name and the fact that you communicated with the Board may become part of the public record and may appear on the Board’s website. All personal information, such as your email address, phone number, home address etc. will be removed prior to publishing to protect your privacy.

Anonymous correspondence will not be included on Board agendas or circulated to Board members.

 

Delegations to the Board are welcomed and encouraged.

If you would like an opportunity to speak to the Board at one of our meetings, please review your options below. 

The Board records its public meetings.  If you make a presentation to the Board, please be advised your presentation will be recorded and recording may be accessed on the Board's website for the general public to view.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Administrative Director.

 

  • Provide written notice to the Administrative Director no later than 48 working hours (2 working days) prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
  • This notice must contain all required information listed on the delegation form.
  • Delegation requests will be listed on the upcoming agenda for the Board’s consideration. You will need to attend this meeting. Should your delegation be approved, you will be presenting towards the beginning of the meeting.

  • Provide written notice to the Administrative Director no later than seven (7) working days prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
  • This notice must contain all required information listed in the delegation form.
  • Delegation requests will be listed on the upcoming agenda for the Board’s consideration. You will not need to attend this meeting.
  • You will be contacted by the Administrator shortly after the meeting has taken place to advise if your request was approved or denied by the Board.
  • If your request was approved, you’ll be provided with possible dates to provide your delegation.
