- Provide written notice to the Administrative Director no later than 48 working hours (2 working days) prior to the next regularly scheduled Board meeting.
- This notice must contain all required information listed on the delegation form.
- Delegation requests will be listed on the upcoming agenda for the Board’s consideration. You will need to attend this meeting. Should your delegation be approved, you will be presenting towards the beginning of the meeting.

If you would like to submit correspondence to the Board, please contact the Administrative Director. Your correspondence may be placed on an upcoming public Board agenda for public viewing.
If you are submitting letters, emails, presentations or other communications to the Board, you should be aware that your name and the fact that you communicated with the Board may become part of the public record and may appear on the Board’s website. All personal information, such as your email address, phone number, home address etc. will be removed prior to publishing to protect your privacy.
Anonymous correspondence will not be included on Board agendas or circulated to Board members.
Delegations to the Board are welcomed and encouraged.

The Board records its public meetings. If you make a presentation to the Board, please be advised your presentation will be recorded and recording may be accessed on the Board's website for the general public to view.
